Our Services provide AI-powered tools and a web resource management platform designed to help users collect, organize, share, and collaborate on web resources. This includes saving links, documents, text scraps, screenshots, and color palettes, as well as AI-assisted content generation, flow chart editing, note authoring, and file viewing.

Collec is available through multiple platforms including:

• Web application at collec.ai
• Browser extension compatible with Chromium-based web browsers

The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA) and should not be used where such compliance is required.

a. Our Content: All software, code, design, trademarks, and other materials provided by us are owned or licensed by SOMA Corporation and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for lawful purposes.

b. Generated Content: Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of and are granted full rights to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the AI-generated content you receive from our Services. This includes the right to:

• Reproduce and share the content commercially
• Publish or incorporate it into derivative works
• Use it without attribution to SOMA Corporation, unless otherwise agreed

We do not claim ownership over content generated by our Services based solely on your inputs.

You represent that you have the legal right to use any input you submit to the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the output does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation.

To use certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

The Services allow you to create workspaces and invite others to collaborate on shared collections. As a workspace owner, you are responsible for managing access permissions and ensuring that all workspace members comply with these Terms.

When you share collections with others, you grant them access to view and, where permitted, interact with the content within those collections. You may revoke access at any time by adjusting your collection's visibility settings.

If you purchase a subscription or any paid features, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in a manner that violates any law
• Upload or input content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on any rights
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code from the Services
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without our prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Conduct large-scale advertising, spamming, or other commercial misuse

Content generated by the Services is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any output. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of content generated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOMA Corporation and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or reliance on the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOMA Corporation and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms or for any reason with notice. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of account termination.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights to rely on such provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
